(an organization that serves the unmet needs of children in the Los Angeles County foster care system) and has been active as co-chairman of their golf tournament.  In 2007, he was awarded a special award from the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles for outstanding service to foster youth.  Previous efforts include assisting in the hosting of several presidential campaign events for Senator Bill Bradley and the Democratic National Convention in the year 2000.
